WOMEN: Nourish yourself first, not just your body, but your soul, your mind, your life, your self-esteem. Maybe not completely, but enough for you to feel full, satisfied. Only then give to others. Do this at any cost.

Because it is only when you are nourished this way that you can give to others without obligations, expectations, resentments, anger, drama — all those emotions that get in the way of relationships.
