1. Spend the day saying “Thank you.” Do this whether you are happy or angry with each other. Do it whether your partner does it or not.
2. Divide and conquer all tasks that need to be done and negotiate who’s going to do what.
3. Stress is fear and where there’s fear there’s no room for love or connection. Lower your stress by sharing your fears with each other, or with a safe friend, or even a journal.
4. Then shift to joy and gratitude instead.
