How do you know when you should get relationship or marriage help and how do you choose whom is going to help you?
If you feel off in your relationship, you have talked to your partner repeatedly, but nothing has changed, it’s time to get help! Either he or she can’t hear you or can’t do what you want, and neither of these will change on its own.
Whom should help you? Therapy only helps 20% of couples. (Google this if you don’t believe me) so don’t go into therapy unless you are very sure about the therapist. What are your alternatives? I am so glad you asked!
